The quest for national titles in college softball will begin in early February for three levels of NCAA competition, and FloSoftball will have coverage all season.

To the naked eye, softball bats may look like carbon copies of one another, just with different paint schemes. But that couldn’t be further from the truth.

With nearly 200 teams taking part in the Division III portion of THE Spring Games, there will be tons of talent on display for the month of top-tier competition.

The Spring Games kicks into high gear in the coming days, with the “World’s Largest College Softball Event” seeing hundreds of teams visit Florida in the coming month for hundreds of games against teams they might not normally face.

In just a few short weeks, the world's largest softball event will be in full swing, THE Spring Games. Known as the hotspot for early season collegiate competition, THE Spring Games is ready to embark on its biggest year yet.

THE Spring Games 2022 is right around the corner. Teams from NCAA Divisions I, II, III, NAIA, and NJCAA will flock to Florida for the world's largest collegiate softball event taking place from mid-February to the end of March. THE Spring Games competitions will be available on live stream or on video-on-demand exclusively on FloSoftball.

The Division I Council on Monday voted to allow schools to provide spring-sport student-athletes an additional season of competition and an extension of their period of eligibility.

TORONTO (March 22, 2020) – The Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) and Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC), backed by their Athletes’ Commissions, National Sports Organizations and the Government of Canada, have made the difficult decision to not send Canadian teams to the Olympic and Paralympic Games in the summer of 2020.  

GUATEMALA CITY — In their U-17 Men’s Pan American Championship opener, the USA Softball U-17 Men’s National Team (MNT) claimed an impressive 10-5 eight-inning victory over world-ranked No. 2 Canada. Cody Gibbons (St. Paul, Minn.) went the distance for the Red, White, and Blue, while the offense exploded with a six-run eighth inning to capture the win. 

PRAGUE, Czech Republic — Argentina was crowned the World Champions in Men’s Softball for the first time in history, causing a buzz across social media. In the Final on Sunday, the South American team defeated Japan, 3-2, in ten innings, in one of the most exciting games in the history of the WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship — the highest level of competition in softball. Huemul Mata went the distance and fanned 17 to claim the win, while Manuel Godoy hit the game-winning RBI single in the top of the tenth.

Patrick Burns pitched a three-hit, one-run complete game to guide Canada to the Bronze Medal in the Men’s Softball World Championship 2019. Today the Red and White team beat New Zealand, 2-1, and collected the 13th medal in the history of the event.

Two homers by Matt Palazzo and Erick Ochoa produced all the offense needed for USA as the team claimed the fifth place in the World Championship with a 5-4 victory over Venezuela. USA finished fifth place in the tournament, while Venezuela ended sixth. Both teams climbed one position from the World Championship 2017.

OKLAHOMA CITY – The final roster for the 2019 USA Softball Men’s National Team (MNT) was announced today by USA Softball. The 17-member roster will compete in the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) Men’s Softball World Championship (MWC) set to take place July 13-23 in Prague, Czech Republic. The 16th edition of the men's flagship softball event will showcase 72 games of the highest-level softball competition in the world.
