Mike Stith, who spearheads the OC Batbuster organization nationwide and helps lead the powerhouse OC Batbuster Haning/Stith team, is one of the top club coaches in fastpitch softball today and has won national titles at several levels including the 2014 PGF 18U Premier National Championship.

I had a chance to catch up with Mike on Friday at his Sports Training Complex facility in Anaheim, Calif. and hear his ideas on training players, not just to win in the short-term, but to develop their skills so they learn the fundamentals properly and will be better prepared to play early in college.
