We will be recognizing the top sophomores from Junior Colleges across the country.
Last season, Chipola-alum pitcher Krystal Goodman was ranked No. 1 and went on to pitch for the University of Alabama who ended up winning the SEC regular season and was the No. 8 seed in the NCAA Division I tournament. Goodman holds a 1.10 ERA with 59 strikeouts in 76.1 innings pitched.
No. 2 ranked Molly Jacobsen finished off a stellar career at Des Moines Area went on to earn a starting spot for Ole Miss. Jacobsen currently holds a 1.97 ERA with 145.1 innings pitched leading the team with 142 strikeouts.
This season we celebrate the sophomore studs who will go on to make a huge impact at the next program.

This 5-foot-10 lefty hitter from Boise, ID has been a top producer for the Reivers for past 2 seasons. Hitting a conference-high .461, Gregory has power in her bat (18 doubles, 7 home runs, 43 RBIs) and a cannon for an arm in CF. Gregory is 2019 1st team all-Region & Region XI Offensive Player of the Year. | ||

The transfer from UMKC has dominated in the JUCO ranks this season and has helped the defending champs punch another ticket to the World Series. Nola is speed (75 runs, 85 hits, 12 triples, 35 stolen bases) and power (13 doubles, 6 home runs, 56 RBI) and has been a great addition for Coach Kristen Zaleskis squad. | ||

Returning NFCA 3rd team all-American and NFCA All-Region performer Rollet has been incredible all season. Sporting a team-best .521 BA and 70 RBI with 22 doubles this lefty slugger will be a solid addition to any offense over the next two years. | ||

A gifted athlete that has taken the reigns and surged the Trojans to the #1 spot in the D1 NJCAA poll. Romine leads Seminole in Stolen bases (25) and T-1 in RBI (60) while knocking 11 HR. Seminole are riding a 46-game winning streak headed into the National Championships in Utah and Romine is a huge reason why. | ||

One of the top two-way players in the country, Donald is hoping to get the defending D2 National Champs another shot at the title. 23-1 and a 1.84 ERA on the mound and hitting a .342 with 6 home runs and 37 RBI is a good start. | ||

Taking over the reins as the Grizzlies ace is no easy feat considering the all-American arms that have come through the program but Johnson has settled in just fine. Sporting a 17-3 record and pitches that top in the mid-60s, the Vinita, Oklahoma native has helped send 10th-ranked Butler back to Utah after winning their fourth straight Region VI crown. | ||

When you talk successful season it all starts in the circle and the 9th ranked Riders have a good one in the transfer from University of Central Arkansas. Prough finished the year 22-1 on the mound and is top two in the country with a 0.93 ERA while averaging close to 8 strikeouts a game. | ||

The defending champs have another ace in the circle and Hernandez is not disappointing. 24-2 record, 2.33 ERA and just 31 BB to 127 strikeouts will go a long way in winning games, especially another Natty Champ as Temple is headed back to Utah for another shot. |
