Lynch committed to Auburn when the Tigers were under the guidance of Clint Myers and stayed committed to them up until this year.
After an incredible high school and club season, Lynch jumped to the No. 1 spot after being named Georgia Gatorade Player of the Year and winning the PGF 18U Premier National Title for Georgia Impact Premier - Lewis.
During her junior season at East Coweta High School, Lynch compiled a 0.45 ERA with 193 strikeouts in 93 innings pitched. She also batted .454 with 10 home runs and 50 RBI. She also capped off the fall with as the GHSA State Champion at East Coweta, 2018 Region 2-AAAAAAA Player and Pitcher of the Year.
Her tenacity on the mound and ability to work up in the zone and change speeds elevated her game to elite status.
Next season, Lynch will join the pitching staff comprised of Brooke Nelson, Gabbie Plain, McKenzie Schulz, and Pat Moore.
We will get an exclusive interview with Lynch tonight and that interview will be available tomorrow.
