Our list is the deepest and most thorough you will see as we feel it necessary to honor all those who earned the right to be considered as a FloSoftball All-American!The criteria for selection includes a combination of all the following factors:
performance on the field

• Off the field success (academic, community, charity, etc.)

1st Team FloSoftball All-Americans: Multi-Purpose

 

1B/OF--Sr. Alexis Allan (Oak Hills, Hesparia CA)

Nicknamed "Lou," Allan showed why she was chosen to the USA Softball Jr. National Team and picked as a PGF All-American and So Cal Sidelines 1st Team Member as she hit .644 with 11 home runs and 35 RBI to help her So Cal team advance to the CIF-Southern Section D4 playoffs. Allan, who has the glove to play a solid first base or the athletic skills to roam the outfield, is No. 8 in the 2017 Hot 100 and has signed with Michigan.
 

C/1B--Sr. Jocelyn Alo (Campbell, Ewa Beach HI)

Alo is considered by many as the top power hitter in the country and was so feared in her home state that she was walked 55% of the time her senior year, but still finished with a .571 batting average, an .804 on-base percentage and a 1.450 slugging percentage. Ranked No. 9 in the 2017 Hot 100, Jocelyn has signed with Oklahoma and led her team to a Div. I state title this spring. A two-time Gatorade State Player of the Year, she earned practically every national honor including PGF All-American, Louisville Slugger Hit Club finalist and USA Today 1st Team All-American.
 

P/UT--Sr. Grace Baalman (Calhoun, Hardin IL)

Baalman helped her team win two of the last three Class 1A state titles and her record was 29-5 this season including a championship game loss that went nine innings. Her strikeout-to-walk ratio was off the charts as she had 455 K's and only 30 walks in 209 innings. The No. 99 ranked player in the 2017 Hot 100 and a Kentucky signee, Baalman allowed only 12 earned runs all year and compiled a .040 ERA. She also batted .564 with nine home runs and 31 RBI.
 

P/UT--So. Bailey Betenbaugh (Union County, Union SC)

Though Betenbaugh was just a sophomore, the 5-foot-9 pitcher and infielder was selected as the Gatorade Player of the Year after she led her team to a 26-6 record and the Class 4A state championship this spring. Her pitching record was 16-4 with a 1.38 ERA and at the plate she hit .504 with nine home runs and 52 RBI. The Univ. of South Carolina commit is ranked as the No. 25 commit in the FloSoftball Class of 2019 by FloSoftball.  Betenbaugh also earned All-State and All-Region honors.
 

P/UT--Sr. Hanah Bowen (Ramona, Riverside CA)

Bowen was selected as the So Cal Sidelines San Diego Player of the Year after tearing it up on both sides of the field, going 24-1 in the circle with a 0.94 ERA and 19 complete games, seven shutouts, two no-hitters and 175 K's in 140 innings. At the plate, she batted .490 with 46 hits, 15 doubles, 30 runs scored and 33 RBI to help her team reach the CIF-San Diego Section Open Division finals. Bowen is ranked as the No. 53 in the 2017 Hot 100 and has signed with Arizona as a true utility player who can pitch or play the left side of the infield equally well.
 

IF/OF--Sr. Lauren Burke (Marist, Eugene OR)

Burke is one of the most prolific hitters in the senior class and set several school records this year including all-time batting average (.699) and home runs (21) including one game where she hit four dingers. Burke accomplished everything possible as a senior, earning Gatorade State Player of the Year, PGF All-American, Louisville Slugger Hit Club, 1st Team All-State and Oregon State Player of the Year and repeated as a 1st Team FloSoftball All-American. This season she also led her 5A Oregon team, coached by her father Jon, to an Oregon 5A State championship.
 

P/UT--Sr. EC Delafield (North DeSoto, Stonewall LA)

Delafield led her Louisiana Class 4A team to a third-straight state title this year as she pitched her team to a 32-3 mark winning 28 of those games and compiling a 0.67 ERA with 250 Ks in 177 innings. The Northwestern State signee won her second-straight Shreveport Times Pitcher of the Year award and batted .514 with 10 doubles, nine triples, nine homers and 62 RBI. Her standout pitching and dangerous offensive skills also earned her the Gatorade State Player of the Year honors.
 

P/UT--So. Chandler Dennis (North Gwinnett, Suwanee GA)

Dennis was named the Georgia 7A Player of the Year and earned 1st team All-State recognition as a two-way force hitting .510 with 15 doubles and 29 RBI and pitching her team to a state title by going 19-6 in the circle with a 1.29 ERA and 144 Ks. Chandler, who is rated as the No. 10 prospect in the FloSoftball 2019 Hot 100, and is committed to Michigan, went 4-0 in the state playoffs and pitched every inning for her title-winning team.
 

P/1B--Jr. Montana Fouts (East Carter, Grayson KY)

Fouts repeats as a 1st Team FloSoftball All-American and earned USA Today 1st Team All-American honors as well as being named the Gatorade State Player of the Year. An intimidating 6-foot-2 right hander, she went 29-4 with a 0.43 ERA and had 448 strikeouts in 213 innings while batting .567 with 12 home runs and 66 RBI. The No. 6 prospect in the 2018 Hot 100, she is committed to Alabama.
 

P/UT--So. Grace Green (Birdville, North Richland Hills TX)

Green has become one of the top young pitching talents in the Lone Star State and was named 1st Team All-State and the Co-MVP of District 8-5A after going 16-1 with a 1.43 ERA and striking out 211 in 123 innings. The Oregon commit, who is ranked No. 25 prospect in the 2019 Hot 100, also showed she's dangerous with the bat as she hit .383 with 27 RBI.
 

MP-P/UT--Sr. McKenna Gregory (Benicia CA)

Gregory had one of the top seasons in the West and is a candidate for NorCal Player of the Year after pitching her team to a 28-2-1 record and a victory in the Sac-Joaquin Section title game--her fourth championship game in a row--to help Benecia finish No. 32 in the FloSoftball FAB 50 final high school rankings. The Michigan State commit was at her best in the deciding win as she gave up six hits and struck out 10 in a 11-1 triumph while going 3-for-3 at the plate with two home runs and three RBI.
 

MP-P/UT--Sr. Chardonnay Harris (Oak Park & River Forest, Oak Park IL)

Harris led her team to an Illinois Class 4A State title and No. 7 final ranking in the FloSoftball FAB 50 high school team rankings as she was perfect in the circle with a 19-0 mark and recorded a 0.29 ERA and 233 Ks in 118 2/3rd innings with only 10 walks. Harris also hit .534 with seven homers and 51 RBI. The tall lefty headed to Auburn was selected as the Gatorade State Player of the Year.

SS/OF--Sr. Janae Jefferson (Nimitz, Houston TX)

Jefferson may have been the most dangerous lead-off hitter in the nation, at least statistically, as she had a remarkable .763 batting average and an on-base percentage close to .800. She did it all sparking the Cougars offense, hitting 14 doubles, 14 triples and recording 22 steals, to lead her team to the Class 6A playoffs. Longhorn fans will be excited as the speedy infielder/outfielder rated as the No. 36 prospect in the 2017 Hot 100 will show up at the Univ. of Texas this fall.
 

P/IF--Jr. Kassidy Krupit (Lambert, Suwannee GA)

Krupit is already a three-time Georgia All-State honoree with her junior year being her best so far as she led the Longhorns to a 25-5 record and the school's first ever state championship appearance. The Region 5-7A Player of the Year last fall, Kassidy went 15-2 with 13 shutouts and a 0.82 ERA and was named as the Forsyth Co. Pitcher of the Year. She also batted .428 in the middle of the line-up while pitching and playing the left side of the infielder. The Univ. of Delaware commit, ranked No. 37 in the FloSoftball 2018 Hot 100, struck out only three times all season in 106 plate appearances.
 

3B/UT--Sr. Jana Johns (Calhoun GA)

Johns repeats as a 1st Team FloSoftball All-American and her numbers were better as a senior as she batted .520 with 17 doubles and set state records with 19 home runs and 78 RBI.  A multi-weapon threat as a slapper, Johns had a .608 on-base percentage and once on base was perfect going 14-for-14 in steals. In her prep career, she was only thrown out once in 42 attempts. Ranked as the No. 75 player in the FloSofball 2017 Hot 100, the South Carolina signee is also an outstanding basketball player and has been all-state on the hard court and the Region 6-AAA Player of the Year.
 

P/1B--Jr. Madison Lindsey (Kingwood, Houston TX)

Lindsey led her team to a District title and Regional quarterfinal berth in the Texas 6A State Tournament by going 21-3 with a 0.57 ERA to earn Pitcher of the Year honors. She also struck out 228 opponents in 121 innings and batted .329 for the Mustangs to be named as a 6A All-State selection. Madison is a lefty-pitcher and infielder who has committed to stay in the Lone Star State and play at Baylor.
 

IF/OF--Sr. Jordan Matthews (El Dorado, Placentia CA)

Matthews is a tall, athletic shortstop with the skills to play any infield or outfield position and in her high school career batted .504. As a senior, the So Cal standout who ranked No. 64 in the 2017 Hot 100, batted .591 with a .655 on-base percentage and had 14 doubles and 23 RBI. Heading cross-country to play for the Florida Gators, Matthews was named as a  PGF All-American this year along with being a So Cal Sidelines 1st Team selection.
 

P/UT--Sr. Ally Muraskin (Coral Springs FL)

Muraskin is an intimidating 5-foot-11 hard throwing right-handed pitcher who had great success in her prep career with an overall pitching record of 80-4 including a 28-1 mark and a .027 ERA with 269 K's in 161 innings as a senior. She led her Sunshine State team to a third consecutive Class 5A State championship and this year finished with a No. 5 final ranking in the FloSoftball FAB 50 high school rankings. The Central Florida signee helped her cause at the plate by batting .341 with a .411 on-base percentage and 24 RBI. Muraskin was named the Gatorade State Player of the Year and is a four-time All-County 1st Team honoree.
 

MP-P/UT--Sr. Keara Napoli (Cambridge, Milton GA)

Napoli had one of the strongest statistical years in the nation both in the circle and at the plate. The right-hander went 32-1 with a 0.58 ERA to led the Bears to the Class 6A state title as she recorded 249 strikeouts in 173 2/3rd innings and was named as the Gatorade State Player of the Year. Napoli was also picked as the Regional Pitcher of the Year for the third consecutive season. The Georgia signee also shined at the plate as she hit .505 with seven home runs and 36 RBI.
 

P/1B--Sr. Madison Preston (Centralia, MO)

Preston repeated as a 1st Team Missouri All-State pick as she went a perfect 19-0 on the mound with a 0.52 ERA and 192 K's in 135 innings pitched. The tall lefty also hit .454 with 14 home runs and 46 RBI to lead her Panthers team to a 29-1 mark and the Class 2A state title. The Alabama signee is ranked as the No. 56 player in the 2017 Hot 100 and was selected as the Gatorade State Player of the Year this spring.
 

P/1B--Sr. Taylor Rhinehart (Woodinville, WA)

Rhinehart pitched and hit the Falcons to the Class 4A State title as she went 14-0 in the circle with 157 Ks in 87 innings and a 0.40 ERA. Offensively, she batted .417 with 26 RBI and was named the Washington Gatorade State Player of the Year, a USA Today 3rd Team All-American and the KingCo MVP as the team finished 26-0 and #6 overall in the nation in the FloSoftball FAB 50 high school rankings. The senior, who played first base when not pitching, will attend Villanova this fall.
 

OF/P--Sr. Julie Rodriguez (Old Tappan, NJ)

Rodriguez put her stamp on not only this season, but on her career, as one of the top players ever to compete in New Jersey prep softball history. She batted .644 as a senior with a .766 on-base percentage and 1.247 slugging percentage. An outfielder and pitcher who went 21-6 with a 1.15 ERA and 185 K's, she led her team to a State Sectional Championship for the first time in 33 years. A two-time FloSoftball All-American, she has a career batting average of .630 and a .720 on-base percentage but her most amazing stat may be that she only struck out twice in her entire career. The No. 7 ranked player in the FloSoftball 2017 Hot 100 and a UCLA signee, Rodriguez was also a PGF All-American, a Louisville Slugger Hit Club finalist and a USA Today 1st Team selection.
 

P/UT--Sr. Chloe Romero (Academy of Careers & Exploration, Helendale CA)

Romero finished off her So Cal prep career in style, going 18-2 with a 0.64 ERA and 278 K's in 99 innings. She also had eight no-hitters and three perfect games this spring. At the plate, the Texas signee--who is ranked #20 in the 2017 Hot 100--batted .656 with nine home runs and 32 honors. Romero was selected as a PGF All-American and earned So Cal Sidelines All-Inland Empire 1st Team and Cross Valley League MVP honors.
 

P/UT--Sr. Morgan Ryan (Hempfield, Salunga-Landisville PA)

Ryan led the Spartans to a second straight PIAA Class 6A State title as she went 22-0 to end her prep career with an impeccable 73-6 mark. She batted .450 on the year and had a pair of hits and an RBI in the state title victory. The Pennsylvania Gatorade State Player of the Year, Ryan is a 5-foot-10 athlete who has been the Class 4A Player of the Year and helped her team finish 27-0 and ranked #10 in the FloSoftball FAB 50 high school rankings.
 

P/OF--Jr. Marissa Schuld (Pinnacle, Phoenix AZ)

Schuld was one of the most dangerous two-way players in the nation, pitching her team to the Arizona 6A State finals and No. 21 nationally ranking in the FloSofball FAB 50. In the circle, she went 22-1 with a 0.80 ERA and 248 K's in 131 innings while batting .505 with 15 home runs and 57 RBI. Her honors ranged from Gatorade State Player of the Year to USA Today 1st Team. Marissa will stay instate to play at the next level as she's committed to play for the Univ. of Arizona.
 

C/3B--So. Macy Simmons (Hamilton, Chandler AZ)

Simmons helped lead her team to back-to-back Class 6A state titles and a 30-6 overall mark to finish #20 in the FloSoftball FAB 50 high school rankings. In this year's title game, she hit an RBI single and a solo run to defeat a team that was previously 34-1. For the season, the 9th ranked player in the FloSoftball 2018 class batted .419 with 49 hits including 19 for extra bases (eight home runs). The Auburn commit called all her own pitches the entire season and is known for her defensive skills. In June she was invited to play on the USA All-Star team that faced the Mexican Women's National Team and in two games recorded an on-base percentage of .500.
 

P/1B--So. Sydney Supple (Oshkosh North, WI)

Supple has emerged as one of the top pitcher/hitters in the high school ranks regardless of class as she led her Wisconsin high school to a 21-1 mark with a 15-1 pitching record including 10 shutouts, a no-hitter and a perfect game. She allowed only three runs during conference play and tossed three straight shutouts in post-season action before the Spartans finished 5th in Div. I, falling to the eventual state champion 2-0. The Wisconsin Gatorade Player of the Year, Supple is ranked as the No. 3 player in the 2019 class and top-ranked pitcher. She can also hit as shown by her .522 average and five home runs. The 1st Team All-State - Large Schools pick is committed to Northwestern.
 

P/UT--Jr. Brooke Vestal (Canyon, New Braunfels TX)

Vestal, ranked as the No. 1 overall player in the 2018 class and an Oklahoma commit, went 18-6 in the circle with 244 strikeouts and a 1.31 ERA while batting .381 with eight home runs and 33 RBI. The Texan pitched her Firecrackers club team to the PGF 18U Championship last summer, which is considered the highest level of club play. She and teammate Aliya Pritchett (Baylor-commit) were named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Class 6A Softball All-State team and shared District 27-6A MPV honors as Canyon made it to the Regional finals.
 

MIF/OF--Jr. Skylar Wallace (Etowah, Woodstock GA)

Wallace is considered one of the top athletes in high school/club ball and showed what she could do on the field last fall as she batted .494 with a .617 on-base percentage and recorded 35 steals to earn 1st Team All-State honors.  Ranked as the No. 2 player in the 2018 class, The USA Select 30 All-American from last August is committed to Alabama and impressed at shortstop too as she had 62 putouts.
 

P/UT--Sr. Emily Williams (Central, Carrollton, GA)

Williams led her team to the Georgia Class 4A State title last fall as she caught on fire in the playoffs, throwing three no-hitters and a one-hitter and in the state tourney recorded 74 strikeouts of the 84 batters she faced. Her strong year earned Williams the 4A State Pitcher of the Year award, her second consecutive 1st Team All-State selection and designation as the Georgia Dugout Club 4A Player of the Year.  The pitcher, who can play the infield as well, has signed with Mississippi State.
