We've revealed the top seniors in the country in our final 2017 Hot 100 rankings, and now it's time to break it all down.
The top 100 seniors in the country hail from 22 different states. California holds the most players with 33, more than doubling Texas (12). Georgia comes third with 10 players.
All four of Mississippi State's recruits come from the Birmingham Thunderbolts. The Bolts and Georgia Impact have the most players on the list, boasting eight each. The Beverly Bandits and OC Batbusters aren't far behind and each have seven players in the Hot 100.
UCLA boasts the No. 1 player, shortstop Briana Perez, who will join her older sister, Kylee, on the field in Westwood.
All but seven of the Hot 100 players are committed to Power 5 Conferences. The highest ranking player not attending a Power 5 Conference school is No. 46, Savannah Bonola, who will attend University of Texas-Arlington in the Sun Belt Conference.
Arizona comes in at No. 1 for university with the most Hot 100 players, holding six. Alabama, Florida, Texas, and UCLA tie for second with five commits each.
The Pac-12 may have signed the No. 1 player, but the SEC nabbed 39 total commits, a huge jump over the Pac-12's 22 commits. The Big 12 came in third with 12 players and the Big 10 and ACC tied for fourth with 10 each. Overall, there are 12 conferences represented.
There were a total of 16 new faces in the final 2017 rankings. Kaylee Tow, an Alabama commit, jumped a whopping 185 spots from the previous 2017 rankings. She moved from No. 200 to No. 15. Other notable jumps were Juliana Rodriguez (21 to 7) and Alexis Allen (24 to 8), both sliding into the Top 10.
