As one of the largest cross country meets in the nation, the 31st annual Roy Griak Invitational hosts six collegiate and four high school races. Along with its host school Minnesota, more than 35 college programs will be competing, including Michigan, Southern Utah, Furman and UCLA. The first races begin at 8 a.m. CDT.

More than 800 athletes from the Pacific Northwest and all across the nation gather in Seattle to compete. Competitors will push themselves to the limit in strongman competitions, powerlifting and olympic-style lifting. The events starts at 8 a.m. CDT.
