The week before Christmas we sat down with UCLA pitcher Jessica Hall at the EM Speed and Power Training headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

We asked her what advice she has for high school softball players looking to make the transition to college, what were some of her favorite memories from her days with the Corona Angels and how she manages a busy schedule as a collegiate athlete.
