So how does your team warm up before a game?

Based on the success of the Texas-based Sudden Impact Gold team at the So Cal Athletics Invitational last weekend, you might want to try this unusual way of loosening up the muscles: gathering the girls together for a round of hacky sack.

The Impact, though, makes it a bit more scary than usual and gives new meaning to the words “cover your butt!”

And this videographer even took one for the team, nailed in the shin in the course of shooting this combat footage (see the very end)!
