14U Premier

The Birmingham Thunderbolts won the 2023 edition of the PGF Nationals 14U Premier bracket on the strength of outstanding all-around hitting, and the sensational pitching of Melissa Odom. Odom, who pitched a complete championship game without surrendering an earned run, is now with the Thunderbolts Thompson club, but the Thunderbolts 14U Premier roster features Jaylin Turner and Bryanna Williams.

Turner is Extra Innings Softball's No. 7-ranked recruit in the Class of 2027 and Williams is ranked No. 9.

The duo leads the Thunderbolts as they aim to repeat against a field that includes 2023 runners-up Athletics Gold Tamborra, Lady Magic Munoz and Impact Gold National.

Lady Magic Munoz features a pair of nationally top 10-ranked prospects in Catalina Media and Natalie Brozaitis. The two standouts lead one of the field's California clubs looking to keep the PGF Nationals championship in the Golden State.

Headlining Impact Gold National, meanwhile, is Extra Innings Softball's No. 1-rated Class of 2027 prospect, Kayla Barras.

Barras went into the summer season off of an outstanding freshman prep campaign at Deer Park High School in Texas.

Another defending champion joins the fray this year in the 14U Premier bracket, as last year's 14U Platinum winner — the Tampa Mustangs — make the transition. Emma Pynes leads the Tampa Mustangs, coming off a freshman prep season in which she batted .438 for Timber Creek High School in the Orlando area.

Last year's 12U Premier champions, BCS Bengals, also move into the 14U Premier bracket.

14U Platinum

In the 14U Platinum bracket, the Birmingham Thunderbolts Premier 2028 Brashears lineup looks to bring another championship under the Thunderbolts banner.

The squad, featuring the Class of 2028's No. 2-ranked prospect, Kendra Stewart, takes on a formidable field with Lady Magic Munoz - Blue; Firecrackers TJ/Pantages 14U; and Team Hustle-Ellis 14. All have lineups with some of the nation's standouts from the Class of 2028 like Regan Wise; Jade Torres and Julia Irizarry; and Molly Brown.

12U Premier, 12U Platinum, 10U Premier

Last summer's 12U Premier runner-up Arizona Storm are back looking to bring home the championship that they came so close to winning a year ago. They are part of a bracket with many of the nation's most highly ranked clubs in the division.

Firecrackers Medina, Hotshots Premier, Corona Angels and Athletics Mercado are among the top teams nationally per Alliance National Rankings. All will compete for the 12U Premier championship.

The 12U Platinum bracket is made up primarily of teams from the West, with clubs representing California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, Utah and Washington making up the field. Likewise, the 10U Premier bracket takes on a regional feel in terms of the states in play, but these are clubs that represent the best on the national landscape.
