The four-day, six-team double-elimination tournament will be held at Boseman Field in Wilmington, N.C. on the campus of UNCW for the first time in conference history May 8-11.

Campbell won the CAA Regular Season title in its inaugural season with a sweep over Delaware in its final league series and earned the top seed in the conference tournament. The Blue Hens will be seeded second, making their fourth straight appearance in the CAA Championship. Stony Brook is back in the field for the second time in as many seasons, locking up the third seed after winning 21 of its final 23 games. The host, UNCW, is seeded fourth – in the field for the third straight season. Elon is seeded fifth and Hofstra is sixth, with the Phoenix edging the Pride on a tiebreaker. 

The tournament commences on Wednesday, May 9 at noon as fourth-seeded UNCW plays fifth-seeded Elon. At 2:30 p.m., third-seeded Stony Brook faced sixth-seeded Hofstra before an elimination game at 5 p.m., featuring the losers of the first two games. 

On Thursday, top-seeded Campbell takes the field for the first time against the winner of UNCW/Elon at noon, followed by second-seeded Delaware going up against the winner of Stony Brook/Hofstra. 

The 2024 CAA Championship game is slated for Saturday, May 11 at noon, with the, if necessary, game to follow at approximately 2:30 p.m. or 30 minutes following the conclusion of the first game.
