The LSU Tiger offense had batting practice against Louisiana Tech and these are all the things you need to know about the game, starting with the official game ball:

1. The Tigers' 30 runs, 27 hits, and 7 home runs all set school records

Side note, the 30 runs and seven home runs also tied SEC records while the 27 hits set a new league mark.

2. 13 different players on LSU registered hits.

FYI only nine players play at a time. 

3. Louisiana Tech used five different pitchers in the game. They also had 6 errors in the game.

4. LSU doubled their run total in the game with a 15-run 6th inning

Kloss hit two of her three home runs in the same inning!

7. LSU is an all-time 16-0 vs Louisiana Tech. The previous best win for the Tigers vs the Techsters was a 10-2 five-inning win on February 13, 2011.

8. LSU and LA Tech squared off 11 days prior, and LSU had a stage an "epic comeback" to beat the Techsters 9-6.
